This is the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of 8AM Golf Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“8AM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 6 East 43rd Street, New York, New York 10017. This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and process your Personal Data (as defined below) when you use any of our websites on which this Policy is posted (each, our “Site”). Please read this Policy carefully. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in the Terms of Use for our Site.

Note: Some of these technologies may potentially be used to identify you across platforms, devices, and other sites. Our Site currently does not respond to browser-based do not track requests.

USE BY CHILDREN
Our Services are neither directed at nor intended for use by children under the age of 13. Further, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from such individuals. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will promptly delete it. Do not access or use the Services if you are not at least 13 years old.
Security
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to safeguard the Personal Data you provide us. However, we sometimes share Personal Data with third parties as noted above, and though we may enter contracts to help ensure security, we do control third parties’ security processes. Residents of California under the age of 18 can delete or remove posts using the same deletion or removal procedures described above, or otherwise made available through the Site. If you have questions about how to remove your posts or if you would like additional assistance with deletion, contact us using the information below. We will work to delete your information, but we cannot guarantee comprehensive removal of that content or information posted through the Site.
